Chairmans Message
As the Chairman of the Gala Committe it is my pleasure to
welcome you to our festivities. I hope the events planned provide an exciting
and enjoyable time for all.
On behalf of myself and my Committe I would like to offer our congratulations
to King John, Queen Vanessa and the 1994 Gala Court.
As well as passing on our grateful thanks to the business community for their
financial donations, our thanks also go to all the individuals who volunteer
their services in many different capacities. Here I would like to give a special
mention to all those involved in our sponsored events which raise a great
deal of money.
We very much appreciate the help, co-operation and financial assistance given
to us not only by those undertaking the events but everyone who sponsors their
endeavors. Our apprediation also goes to the many businesses and organisations
who continue to give practical assistance throughout the year and Gala Week
in particular.
Finally I would like to say I am looking forward to meeting a large crowd
at our Gala on 11th June and hope that the various activities are enjoyed
by young and old alike, whether they be participants, organisers or visitors
to our Gala.
